Limits: the cohort changes as villas join and leave the desk, so this is a portfolio measure, not a same-property measure. Tax and cleaning fees are excluded from revenue. Zone-level market sets are those PriceLabs assigns to each listing. A same-property version and the full zone table will be published with the next audit.

Client testimonials (none until a client agrees to be quoted), a same-property audit, a redacted owner statement and turnover checklist (in preparation for the Manage page), any Hospara Data sample material (nothing exists before the Q4 2026 pilot), and the contracting entity for each service, which is stated in every proposal.
