We are developing a consent-based capture program inside participating Bali properties. The pilot will test task coverage, recording quality and delivery requirements with robotics labs before wider collection. Nothing has been recorded or delivered yet; this page describes what the pilot proposes and how consent will work.

A capture specification agreed with you: task list, angle, repetitions, device, acceptance criteria. Pilot volume and pricing are agreed after reviewing the specification.
Specification firstProperty managers in Bali
Properties that opt in through a separate, specific authorisation. Managed properties are never enrolled automatically. Partner terms, including any crew subsidy, are set during the pilot.
Opt-in onlyHousekeepers, cooks, gardeners
Staff who choose to take part, with a written participation agreement, pay per accepted hour on top of salary, and the right to stop future recording at any time without any effect on their job.

Each task below is part of a written housekeeping or kitchen procedure our teams already follow. The pilot will confirm which of them can be captured to a lab's specification.

Spec-drivenConsent first
Consent and exclusions.
Consent is specific and separate: a property authorisation for the pilot, a participation agreement per worker, and a capture policy that prevents excluded content rather than relying on editing afterwards. Accidental capture is quarantined and deleted under a written procedure.

- Guests, or units while guests are checked in
- Guest belongings, documents, screens, mail
- Properties without a signed owner consent clause
- Staff who have not opted in, or who have opted out
- Anything outside the task list for that session
Always true
- A separate, specific property authorisation before the first recording; management contracts do not include it
- Vacant units only, between checkout and check-in
- Capture prevention first; faces, screens and documents additionally blurred before export
- Per-clip consent log delivered with the data
- Lawful basis, notices and transfer safeguards under Indonesia's PDP Law reviewed with counsel before any export
- Participants paid per accepted hour, free to stop future capture; already licensed material is governed by the licence terms

The team behind Hospara operates approximately 600 villas and hotel rooms in Bali with written procedures and supervised crews. That is a sourcing advantage for a capture program. Recording access, consent and delivery capacity are exactly what the pilot has to establish, property by property, before any claim is made about scale.
