Property partners for the Q4 2026 data pilot.
The pilot needs participating properties. Taking part requires a separate, specific authorisation from the owner; a management agreement with Hospara never includes it. Recording happens only in vacant units, guests are never recorded, and a property can leave the pilot at any time. Partner terms, including any crew subsidy funded by data licensing, are set during the pilot rather than promised up front.

Where data licensing funds it, a share of crew cost. The amount is set per property during the pilot and written into the authorisation before you commit.

Every clean produces a checklist report with timestamps. If you run a PMS with an API, it lands in your Hospara dashboard through Bridge.

One clause, three rules.
You provide
- A separate, specific pilot authorisation signed by the owner, template supplied by us
- Turnover windows between checkout and check-in
- A property walk-through so we can set the rate and the task list
We guarantee
- Recording only in vacant units, never while guests are in
- No guest belongings, documents or screens in the footage; blur before export
- Owners can withdraw a property from future recording at any time; management, where we provide it, continues unchanged

Tell us how many units, where, and which PMS. We prioritize clusters of properties in the same area.
Authorisation and walk-through
We supply the pilot authorisation, visit each property, and set the task list and any partner terms in writing.
Pilot capture
Participating staff record agreed tasks in vacant units during the pilot window. You get a checklist report per clean and a capture log per session.
