Environments
Villas, outdoor kitchens and showers, pools, gardens, hotel rooms and commercial laundries in Bali, each participating under its own authorisation. The pilot establishes how many and which environments are available for your task list.
DiversitySpecification
Task family, repetitions, camera angle, device, pace, left and right handed operators, failure and recovery cases, lighting. If the teams do it in a normal week, the pilot tests whether it can be captured on a schedule.
RepeatableDelivery
Task-segmented MP4 with timestamps and JSON manifests, blur applied, consent log per clip. Packaging in RLDS or LeRobot layouts on request carries video and manifests only; it does not add robot actions, state, depth or calibration. Annotation through partners on request.

How a campaign runs
Specification, calibration, pilot.
Send a specification
Tasks, repetitions, device, angle, acceptance criteria, intended use. We map it to our written procedures and reply with what the pilot can test.
Paid calibration stage
A small first capture in one or two authorised properties. Your QA reviews it; we tune capture and consent handling before any larger commitment.
Pilot volume
Volume, acceptance criteria and pricing are agreed after the calibration stage, property by property as authorisations are signed.
Consent and compliance
Consent chain defined before capture.
Owner consent
Every property in the pilot has its own signed authorisation. Management agreements do not include it and never enrol a property automatically.
Separate per propertyVacant units only
Recording happens between checkout and check-in. Guests, guest belongings and occupied units never appear.
Zero guest exposureOperator opt-in
Staff sign a participation agreement, are trained, are paid per accepted hour and can stop future capture without any effect on their employment. Faces, screens and documents are blurred before export.
